Flint Creek Brewing Co

The Flint Creek Brewing Co is a multi-phase endeavor by Doug and Kathe Latch - owners of The Yorkshire Inn bed and breakfast.

We opened in January of 2008 as a coffee shop. Brewing at least 5 different types of Finger Lakes Roasters coffee each day. We served pastries, wraps and sandwiches throughout the day.

In July of 2008 we completed construction on our commercial kitchen and began serving hot lunches and full dinners.

In February 2009, we were granted our liquor license from the State of NY. We have assembled a collection of commercial beers, craft beers and wines. While we do carry out of state products, our goal is to carry an extensive collection of NY State Craft beers and Finger Lakes wines.

Currently on our project list is an investigation into draft beer dispensing. Unique limitations in our small basement are leading to interesting technical problems. We will get it figured out.
